We help high school students navigate and plan their transition from high school to university and college. Using one on one coaching, Post Secondary Pathways uses a proprietary coaching process to identify career clusters of interest and shortlist university/college programs representing the best fit with the individual's interests and career goals.

Meet Connie
Connie Campbell is a Career & Post-Secondary Planning Coach and a Certified Mindfulness Instructor, with a degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph. Drawing from her experience working with the University of Guelph's Liaison department, the Federal Government's Career Information Directorate, Youth Opportunities Unlimited, and The Career Foundation, Connie developed a unique coaching methodology. She now focuses primarily on supporting students in Grades 10–12 as they create post-secondary plans tailored to their individual strengths, interests, and goals.
